1. Orders

Please review your order carefully before confirming it. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

2. Order Pickup

Your order will be prepared at the stand on the UIR campus. You do not need to select a pickup time. Simply come to the stand after placing your order. You will be informed when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Payment

Payment is made directly at the counter before collect your order. The available payment methods will be communicated at the stand.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will inform you and provide an appropriate alternative or solution.

5. Special Requests & Allergies

A Notes section is available during checkout. Please use it to mention any allergies, dietary requirements, preferences, or modifications you would like us to make to your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible, but modifications cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Order Issues

If there is any issue with your order, please come directly to the stand and speak with a member of our team so we can assist you.

Prices, menu items, availability, and other information may be updated or changed without prior notice.
